Grapes used: Sangiovese 100%

Refining, maturing: 6 months in 25 hl barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristic:

  • Colour: bright ruby to garnet with aging.
  • Bouquet: intensely vinous, sometimes with scent of violet and a more pronounced character of finesse in the aging process.
  • Flavour: harmonious, fruity, slightly tannic, which is refined aver time to the soft velvety.
  • Serve at: About 64°F.
  • Goes well with: salumi and cheeses from Tuscany
