Organoleptic characteristic:

Colour: very intense purple red.

Bouquet: large presence of spices, leather, tabacco, pepper and marasca cherries.

Flavour: warm and soft with a complex and balanced structure.

Serve at: About 64°F.

Goes well with: roasts and game.
