Grapes used: Nebbiolo 100%.

Refining, maturing: 12 months in barrels of 50 hl and 12 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristic:

Colour: intense and brilliant shading that goes from ruby red to garnet .

Bouquet: shows a complex and elegant bouquet characterized by fruity and yet stili ethereal scents, reminiscent of raspberry and red fruit jam, but also the green pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Flavour: wine of great body, dry, full, robust, austere but velvety and harmonious. Suitable for a long aging.

Serve at: About 64°F.

Goes well with: poultry and braised.
