Refining, maturing: 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 6 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristic:

Colour: impenetrable ruby red.

Bouquet: elegant and intense fragrance with hints of red fruit and particularly of blackcurrant.

Flavour: soft and elegant, long persistent.

Serve at: 64°F in balloon glasses.

Goes well with: halfmatured cheeses
