Marc used: Prugnolo Gentile (90%), Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon ( 10%)

Distillation: the marc, which have been pressed only once, are immediately distilled in jets of steam.

Alcohol content: 45% vol.

Maturing: 18 months in Slavonian oak casks.

Organoleptic characteristics: it has a warm bouquet, perfumed, harmonious, intense. The flavour is well-rounded, elegant, and gives the palate rich sensations of the grapes used; there are scents ranging from floral to fruity, with delicate notes of vanilla.
