SELLING TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply if you want to purchase products from us or use our website, brochures, or app. Please read these terms carefully before using the site or purchasing products from us. By using the site you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all wines, spirits or other goods or services supplied by Corte alla Flora SpA (VAT Number: 01440291001) whose registered office address is at Via dei Cappuccini 10, Rome (the “Company”, “we” or “us”) to you.

Order Confirmation

You will be notified by e-mail as soon as we receive your order. Please make sure you print out and keep our e-mail. If you do not receive our confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service at +39 0578 766003.

Data compilation error

If your data is incomplete or inaccurate (as to make it impossible to deliver the package), Corte alla Flora will contact you before processing the order.

Prices

Prices include VAT, unless otherwise specified. The prices of the products published on the site cancel and replace the previous ones and are subject to the actual availability of the products.

Corte alla Flora reserves the right to confirm or to modify the prices of the products published on its website or in information brochures and advertising material, upon confirmation of your order.

Inexact goods

If, even temporary or for any reason, it should be impossible for us to process your order partially or totally, Corte alla Flora will promptly contact you to make arrangements and, if necessary, register your, even partial, cancellation request, refunding you the amount already paid by credit card.

In case of faulty

Should an anomaly occur in the product purchased on the Corteallaflora.it site, you need to keep the bottles with at least 3/4 of the content and send it at your own expense to the following address: Corte alla Flora SPA, Via di Cervognano, 23 – Località Cervognano – 53045 Montepulciano (SI).

An expert will be asked to check the status of your wine and should the out-of-condition of your wine be confirmed, we will refund the cost of the shipment and the bottle.

Legislative references

You sign a legal sales contract with Corte alla Flora SpA regulated by Italian law (Legislative Decree 206/2005). For the solution of civil and criminal disputes arising from the conclusion of this contract of distance selling, if the customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the reference hole of his municipality of residence; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Rome.
