Grapes used: Sangiovese Grosso ( 100%)

Refining, maturing: 36 months in 25hl casks, 12 months in bottle.

Organoleptic characteristic:

  • Colour: Intense ruby red with garnet reflexes.
  • Bouquet: The wine shows a complex and elegant bouquet with notes that go from plum to chocolate accompanied by a fair amount presence of spices.
  • Flavour: wine with great body, well balanced, with smooth tannins. Suitable far a long aging.
  • Serve at: About 64°F.
  • Goes well with: Roasted lamb.
